Wingstop - Tisch reservieren

Everything seemed fine at first. I called the store and waited patiently on hold, to let them know about the drenched boneless wings that didn’t have a good flavor (hickory smoke). The lady, Janay, hung up in my face after I asked her name so that I could remember who I spoke to when I went back to the store. I called back and she exclaimed that they were very, very, very busy. So I guess that’s when the customer service gets thrown out the door for paying customers. Wing Stop needs to stop and provide it’s employees with some training on how to be a professional and represent the company in a positive way.

Everything about this place is ghetto fire the whole crew and replace them they don’t care about the customer they mad rude for no reason all the people who look they come in at 5 is nasty and sassy like why u mad y’all messed up my food I jus paid 80 dollars I’m the one who should have the attitude fire the whole crew they suck literally and have no people skills : everybody up there mad n all look like they pick them up off Nebraska please ladies set trends I’m scared to eat my food after all they messed up wigs yellow teeth heffa touch it

The manager needs to fix her attitude along with that wig. Decided she wasn’t doing all flats because she wanted to, but I pay extra for flats so please give the customers what they are asking and paying for .

The foods was good! Love that corn. Tables needed cleaning and staff I was in contact with not very customer service friendly. Also no garbage can on the floor. You have to use the one behind the counter.

The female was very rule and unprofessional… when I arrived home my food was cold.
