We are from out of town, but visit family here every now and then. This is, by far, the best Wing Stop there is! We went today, and 3 beautiful and sweet ladies were working very hard to get orders out as quickly as possible. They were non-stop with customers and to-go orders. Apparently, several people quit recently or called out. What a shame that people don’t want to work anymore and would rather accept handouts. Even the manager (Alondra) of the store was in the back cooking food and preparing orders. The staff here (the ones that actually show up to work) are amazing and deserve raises and bonuses for the work they put in. Thank you for exceptional food and service today in spite of the challenges you faced!
I’ve only had one bad experience at this location and that was about a year ago. My ranch was dumped in my bag. I was given $25 as a gift to return. Thought that was swell! Workers here are always friendly. Wouldn’t have known a change in ownership took place. It’s been pretty consistent! You can now dine in again. The restaurant is always clean. I wish they would bring back the teriyaki! The honey BBQ is still great. The extra well done fries are delicious. Portions are good too! Pro tip: Order online ahead of time. There might be a worthwhile wait if not.
I went into this restaurant a few hours ago and now I want more wings. I was helped immediately, and the 'manager ' was so polite and talked to me like I was an old time friend or something. The whole staff seemed too love their job and the food was absolutely perfect. Fresh, tasty and delicious. This was my first experience at wingstop and I will most definitely be back. Thank you for the great service
Food is great, the guy who is normally at the front taking orders is great. When he's not there, the kitchen has a hard time putting my order together the way I want it with certain wing flavors in certain boxes. It's not a huge deal though, overall it's great.
