I've been here a few times. They serve good food at reasonable prices. Sitting outside in summertime offers a great view of the old streets of Celle. Interior design is pretty poor. You should NOT combine food quality with the bad shape of furniture and spaces. If you just want to have some really good Asian food and go after it is a good choice! For the same food quality you would pay much more in a “regular” restaurant.
My wife and I always decide to eat here as we find the food to be of excellent freshness and plentiful. The lunch time 'all you can eat ' Buffet is constantly topped up and has everything you can ask from an oriental food. The soups are... superb and the table dresses are very much to our taste.
