I wanted a detailed, factual review before I placed an order, hence the following words. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend anyone to place an order for a kitchen with xxxlutz. A few good words at the beginning. The on-site advice is competent and helpful. The selection is limited, but many tips and alternatives are offered. Unfortunately, after signing the contract, everything goes downhill. We constantly had to make up for the lack of internal coordination. The company creates a contract, but the customers themselves have to contact the companies Lutz works with and inform them if, for example, there are delays. The latter is well known at xxxlutz, that deadlines are rarely adhered to. The employees of the external company did not speak German and it was very difficult for both parties to communicate. It was never said by xxxlutz that we had to be so involved in coordinating the work that we had to use/attend up to 5 telephones a day, otherwise the work wouldn't run itself. The person who introduced himself as the contact person at the beginning of the process no longer felt responsible at all after signing the contract. We've pointed out several times that we need the kitchen at the beginning of February because that's when we move in. Nevertheless, this kitchen arrived a month late. Unfortunately the wrong material was ordered and an incorrect worktop was scratched and installed with missing inserts. This was followed by a week of attempts on our part to contact someone responsible at xxxLutz to have the whole thing corrected. The same day the kitchen was installed we got an automated response saying we would get a response in 3-4 days. We call on Thursday because there is no answer and customer service says we should wait because the deadline will be met. 7 days later we get an answer saying we should continue to look into the stone company. Unfortunately, the lack of competence and interest in existing customers is evident again. This back and forth over the last few months has been very exhausting. Unfortunately, people are very helpful at the beginning until a contract is signed. From this point on, as a customer, you run after everyone as if you were employed at xxxLutz yourself. Apart from the lack of coordination, delay and delivery assembly of the wrong materials, the kitchen is beautiful and as we imagined. The poor staff at the XxxLutz information center are very friendly and patient and unfortunately don't know how to help. We hope that this letter will save someone all this stress and that the criticism will be taken into account.
