Stop here for a coffee and breakfast during a bicycle ride on Sunday morning, with the children. Before the hand checked that it would be open, website says 10, got there shield says open at 10 and the 10 feet neon shield on the roof...says open . Arrival at 10:00. Get the kids from the bikes and lock and climb the stairs to the restaurant, just to say rudely that they are closed, point out that the entire marketing material says differently, the man simply doesn't care, just frankly in half an hour, and they need to change the details. No excuse or any sign of any kind of customer service. will not come back or recommend it to everyone.
If you like boats on the river and marina atmosphere, this is the right place for you. The restaurant is located on the first floor directly above the Marina office and a boat shop. Great view guaranteed. The food is quite good, but not excellent and...a bit expensive, the service is fantastic and always friendly and fast. Had a grill pork steak last time not tasted like grill. Wife had fish hard and was very happy. In winter the business is slow, but as soon as it gets warmer and you can sit outside and have a nice view over the Danube and a side arm, the place is full. Spacious free parking right in front of the restaurant.
Its a nice place with a nice veranda overlooking the Danube. So far so good. I only ate a Wurstsalat Austrian Sauceage salat presented in a very unusual form, but good looking with a bit of sliced sauceage and cheese on a LOT...of green salade. The cheese was the worst I ever tasted tasteless perhaps a so called analog cheese out of palmoil? I sent it back...
Leider wirkt der Ort verlassen und nicht willkommen. Die Speisekarte ist kurz und die meisten Gerichte werden nicht serviert. Schade. Hätte die beste italienische Küche sein können mit Seviche, Wetar, Pesce Crudo und ohne SCHNITZEL!!!!
