Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

After we ordered we had to pull forward and wait. Then I realized they left the funnel cake off. My girlfriend went in and paid for the funnel cake and when they brought the order out to the car, STILL NO FUNNEL CAKE, so she went back inside for a second time to get the desert. When we got home to eat, my bread was hard as a rock. It had obviously been sitting out all day. It was inedible. The funnel cake was undercooked and was mushy dough. I am never a picky eater, I pride myself on that fact, but this food was unacceptable. FOR THE PRICE, $30… I feel like I was ripped off!!!

This place is awful. I came through and had the worst experience of my life getting some tenders. After a bad review, they called me and offered free tenders to apologize. Then I went back and the manager said they had “new management” and couldn’t honor the coupon. This place is completely incompetent and

Just came through the drive-through at this location and Monique was the person to serve us. She was wonderful, nice, and had the most beautiful teeth I have ever seen!

I got a chicken sandwich combo and a 10 pc tenders. I was not giving 10 pieces instead 9. Someone is miscounting or eating customers food. I won't return to this
