The staff couldn't have known that a guy over two meters was coming and I was given the small but nice and nice attic room. However, I only paid a discounted price. So there's no reason to mess up anything here! On the contrary, the furnishings are fairly new, the sanitary is super clean, the cupboards, bed and armchairs are more than functional and cleverly thought out!!! For the price you really have to look with a magnifying glass. The second floor is also currently being remodeled/refurnished. So there's always something happening! The service employees are quick and try to do everything correctly and with a smile. The restaurant also offers space for large groups and, thanks to the layout of the dining room, it is not as noisy as in other large restaurants. You can sit separately if you want. For the evening we had the schnitzel with fried potatoes and mushroom cream. Rarely have you had a better schnitzel. Fried to perfection and nicely presented. Cooked honestly and without any shame! Restaurant full marks also when it comes to service! I like it when the service keeps an eye on which glasses are empty, which plates can be removed, and where msn asks again. Quite excellent!!!! Gladly again!!

Wir waren eine Nacht dort. Positiv:: Was uns besonders angetan hat, war, wie nah es an Hannover ist, wenn Sie zur Messe gehen. Jeder ist nett und zuvorkommend. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers ist auch schön und alles war sauber. Das Frühstück ist gut koordiniert, ich dachte, die Kaffeemaschine war großartig, es machte guten Kaffee und die Auswahl war gut. Der Frühstücksraum ist auch sehr ästhetisch, wir mochten es wirklich. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut! Negativ:: Leider ist es etwas laut im unteren Stock mit dem Restaurant bis 12:20 Uhr. Stühle bewegten sich, Leute redeten, usw. Sie hören alles und wenn Sie nicht schlafen wie ein Log, aber nach 12:20 Uhr war es langsam ruhig. Sie können sagen, dass viele Anstrengungen in dies umgesetzt werden. Das Badezimmer war völlig sauber und gut gepflegt, obwohl es älter ist. Wenn das Restaurant/Küche (oder was auch immer es war) nicht direkt unter den Räumen im ersten Stock, oder wenn es besser schalldicht wäre, wäre es perfekt. We were warmly welcomed... we had also booked the room in advance for a wedding. However, my name was written down completely incorrectly... even though there was written contact. First we had to check whether I was the right guest. After the clarification, we went up the stairs into the room. No existing accessibility! Seems to be under renovation at the moment? There are cables hanging out of the walls... The room itself is practically furnished. The bathroom really needs a renovation though. The shower head was broken and could no longer be attached, and the doors weren't tight so the shower water ran into the bathroom... The rooms are very noisy. Don’t forget to stop your ears The outside terrace is nicely and comfortably furnished and the service is really friendly. The food was very good. Overall it was ok...

Party until well after 4 a.m., loud music over 70 decibels in the room. No mention of this at check-in. I wouldn't have checked in if I had known. The room was directly above the party location, so there was no chance of sleeping. Complaints at night didn't help. At checkout I complained again and then I was shouted at why I was telling him this, he couldn't do anything about it. But he was my contact at that moment... We left without breakfast and will not enter this hotel again. The shower wasn't really usable either, so only one star for the room. A pure disaster...if you only used it as a stopover and sleep was important...
