the restaurant old stephan is located in the best location at the friedhofplatz in the pedestrian zone of solothurn. we celebrated our 10 years together and can sit on the beautiful and comfortable terrace. once again we were very well received. the tables were white and everything is very well maintained, pleasant atmosphere therefore. the team convinced themselves through its professional and attentive service during dinner. the eating tasted excellent with a personal note that increases the taste of the food even more. small, attractive menu in the raised area that has something for every taste. also the wine card offers a wide range of excellent selected wines of all price classes. the dishes were presented beautifully. the food was fresh, creatiw and tastefully visually prepared and tasted were fantastic! amuse bouche as tasty bites in front of the entry dish tasted the main course very good kalbs escalope served with stephan 's mixed salad and vegetables, melon and crumb butter irland bark filet steak on mascarponerisotto with seasonal vegetables and port wine juice of the beautiful red wine was well suited for the delicious irons. also the dessert was a highlight. the host (tamara stefan) also welcomed the guests on the terrace. top! I can recommend this restaurant in the series very and cheap, it is for both, for private occasions and business dinner. for happy! many thanks and hopefully up.
We had a great experience at the Stephan. Two had the Veinerchnitzel, one had Schweinerschnitzel, and one had the veal chop. Everything was beautifully prepared and cooked. Very friendly and accommodating to non German speakers.

Classic Swiss Gourmet Taverne Beiz . Great food, attentive service and a wonderful garden. What else can one wish for?
