Zuzap - Tisch reservieren

This is a follow up to several 5 star reviews for the place. My companion and I both ordered the Pad Thai in addition to spring rolls and crab rangoon. The rangoon was fine. The spring rolls mostly was filled with lettuce and not much else. I am a huge fan of Pad Thai but ours was underwhelming. Very little chicken and almost entirely lacked flavor. I know they can do better and will give them another try in the future. Please note that it still is a take out place and probably will not reopen for sit down dining. Service was fine and ambiance well the dining area is full of take away containers in boxes.

It's so disappointing to give this place a negative review. I've eaten here hundreds of times and it was one of the best Thai restaurants in Iowa Des Moines without question but sadly since Covid they've refused to open their doors to customers and regulars. It's 2023, I don't feel there's an excuse. If you're permanently delivery only. Then please rebrand as such. It's an insult to the customer and a huge disappointment to your regulars. I hope one day you reconsider and reopen your doors. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My favorite thai place in des moines. I moved here a few months back and we've tried several places and keep coming back here. Would give 5 stars if they opened up dining!

Absolutely love Tom yum fried rice here! One of the most authentic thai places in the area. Staff is so friendly and helpful.
