As a Japanese, I cannot call it a Japanese cuisine, but I can call it a Japanese "fusion food." The way they created or re-created some Japanese dishes (e.g. Sushi rolls, Ramens, Don-mono = bowls) in their own style is really unique and they taste good, too. I think for many Europeans it may be more easily acceptable to eat some dishes served at this restaurant than those that are authentic and served at more traditional Japanese restaurants. Furthermore, the quality of service is superb and the atmosphere is good as well. No wonder it gets full quite quickly. Another rarity among restaurants in Geneva that is worth visiting for good lunch/dinner from time to time.
