A noteworthy point is that reservations are only available for groups of 10 or more, which could be limiting for smaller gatherings. However, as there aren't many tables available, it's understandable. Payments can be made through credit/debit cards, as well as cash. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and has a baby changing room, which is a plus for families with young children. The washrooms are quite old and could use an update, but they're functional. Their speciality, fried pizzas, didn't impress me much, and I wouldn't recommend them. However, the rest of the menu offers high-quality, delicious Italian fare that's worth a try. Overall, this cozy Italian pizza gem in Basel is a good spot to enjoy a tasty meal, but there's room for some improvements in service and ambiance.
Ich bin Italiener aus dem Süden und dieser Ort bietet echte neapolitanische Pizza. Der Preis ist nicht billig (und in der Schweiz ist das vielleicht in Ordnung), aber man bekommt, wofür man bezahlt. Die Portionen sind auch ziemlich groß. Ich habe den Service mit 4 von 5 bewertet, nur weil wir etwas auf die Kellner warten mussten, aber ich muss auch sagen, dass der Ort ziemlich voll war.
This restaurant was fantastic! The food was delicious and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend trying their speciality dishes. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Overall, a great dining experience.
