Auberge du Rhin

Auberge du Rhin is next to the Rhine river and is just off the ferry stop that connects Seltz, France and Rastatt, Germany. The restaurant is cozy like many other restaurants in Alsace. The staff speaks both German & French. For appetizer I had the escargot and it was very delicious. For the main course I had the beef sizzler. It was also very good and there was more than enough meat!

Great food, excellent position right next to the Rhine with more than enough parking and seating. Lovely food and excellent service at sensible prices.

We ordered several types of Torte Flambee to share, so we could try several types. They were all very tasty!
