Auberge le demi-sel

We stayed in a B&B in Belvianes and we were obliged to find a place to dine which was not simple at this location. After some other places tried in Quillan, we ended here on this spot. What a luck ! We have eaten at demi sel and we didn’t have any regrets about this choice. The owner of this restaurant may be happy being surrounded by such wonderfull and friendly staff, and the talented cooks. The entrecote was perfect baked “saignant” and tasty and the salat was fresh as it should be. The confit the canard was succulent. The crêpes (as meal and as dessert) were to die for...everything was simply presented, no fancy thing but the taste was as good as expected. We are already seeking excuses to come another time in this region only for eating at this place. Finally to be complete, the Covid measures were in place, as I experienced myself at the first time. There was a NO GO principle by taking the wrong entrance, and inside the restaurant, tables have been kept non available. So during this strange period, don’t hesitate to make a reservation.

We visited this restaurant on a Saturday evening in September, we had a nice table on the rear terrace. Service was excellent and the range of choice on their menu was fantastic. Lots of vegetarian options and the portions were generous. The galettes were made...with buckwheat flour and were very tasty, and it was great value for money.

Accueil sympathique, belle terrasse bien aménagée,réservation indispensable si vous souhaitez diner en terrasse.Belle carte tant salée que sucrée, galette goûteuse.Un bémol sur le prix des desserts. 7,20 € la dame blanche....ça calme vite.A essayer tout de même.

Restaurante coqueto y familiar con cocina de la región. Destaca el confit de canard, los mejillones, las brochetas de langostinos y el salmón. El precio es razonable.

Nous étions 9 et nous avons très bien mangé. Les tartines sont excellentes et il y en a pour tous les goûts, service nickel . Vraiment à conseiller.
