the service was terrible. we arrived and quickly placed our order, but it was only 30 minutes later. the waiter never returned to our table to explain the delay or even ask if we wanted another drink. when the food arrived, we were told that there was a problem in the kitchen and some of them had to be restored. Unfortunately, the food that was not restored was now cold. I went to bjs when it first opened and the experience I had at that time was so bad that I never decided again. Unfortunately, I gave a testament to try again. this time, never important!
I can't comment on the interiors, cause I have yet to go in, but the other BJ's I've been to have always been clean, so as long as they uphold that standard
