Two of us sat at the bar on Sunday around 5pm to eat dinner have some cocktails. William the Bartender served us: he never told us the specials (we figured there weren't any but saw a chalk board way after we ordered) which is odd. We got a salad, sirloin steak, swordfish and two sides. Swordfish did not taste fresh- beware--and steak was delicious but William never bothered to ask us how it was going. Matter of fact- William ignored us entirely and I had to ask twice for a refill on my water while eating- second request and I *finally* got water! We sat there patiently, waiting for William to bus our plates after eating....he went by us numerous times and looked, but he never helped...I think he doesn't like bussing dishes; maybe it's beneath him?? Anyhow, thanks to Alex, the service bartender who was super busy making drinks as the restaurant was hopping and he saw how long we were waiting, and got us our bill. Alex was very pleasant professional. I like sitting at a bar in a steakhouse for dinner but will never return when William is working. Ever. We still left a 20% tip on our $210 tab mostly because of Alex and the runner- who got our food to us promptly, but jeez- William needs an attitude adjustment or many, many days off as hospitality is not his skill set.
