I really wanted to like this place from the great reviews. But a few things need to change. Clean the place during the day. See the picture with the fully cooked and half cooked burgers sitting off the grill. This drys the burger and also gives new customers cold burgers. They do this at Burger King, don 't do it at a local chain. It 's lazy. So, not only was my burger cold and dry but the fries were as well. The good things in the restaurant don 't make up for crappy food. Free drink refills. Two types of homemade lemonade. Excellent. Six types of sauces for burgers and fries at the table. Nice touch. Buzzers to let you know your hot food is ready. Efficient if you actually made the food to order , instead of pre-cooking it. FREE High-speed Wi-Fi. They make you register but still free. Average 5 Mbps download. Impressive for this area. Relaxing atmosphere. I was here an hour and never saw anyone cleaning tables or refilling the empty paper towels and sauces. It wasn 't even that busy.
Whenever I want a quick burger, that's my place to go. The Lo-Carb is a triple cheeseburger (3 x 60g), which tastes great. You can ask for Lo-Carb on any burger at no extra cost. I had the speciality and they are also great, the Patties are also larger (1x150) (I would recommend the masterpiece) and for a little extra you can have them in combo with refillable homemade lemonade! As you probably already know, refills are not a matter in Germany, so it is welcome. It has more than enough space to sit and add a wide selection of sauces to your pommes. (Who can also buy to take home) I met German, English and Spanish speaking staff.
I was here for lunch. Let me firstly start by saying the food was delicious! The burger was succulent and juicy. The only two disappointments I had with the burger itself were the onions, which tasted like they were cooked earlier and then heated up just for the burger and the patty, which was raw in some parts. The chips were crispy and tasted exceptional. One positive I do like about this restaurant is that the sauces are on the side so you can add the flavours you please as an aide to your chips or burger. Despite its few downfalls, I would still definitely recommend this restaurant
Had a nice time at Burgerista Nürnberg. The venue is large, modern, and cool. Free refills were a big plus. I must confess I was a bit underwhelmed by my burger, however. It was by no means bad but after reading other reviews I expected more; I found the patty a bit thin and lacking flavor, which compromised the whole burger. Everything else was great. Loved all the different variations of barbecue sauce available.
