This restaurant has been closed for a couple of years, so it's great to see it reopened.Smart new design, lots more covers, bright and friendly ambience, and keen and enthusiastic service. Limited menu, but perfectly adequate, especially with the seasonal specials. And the quality of food is very good, which maybe explains why they are focussing on a few high-quality dishes instead of lowering the average across too many items. Reasonable pricing, good food, good ambience. A great new option in Gryon!
This is the best restaurant in the area. Location: amazing views of the mountains and the valley. Food: unpretentious quality generous meal. Menu changes every season. Grilled chateaubriand is first class. Appetizers are fresh and creative. Great cheese tray. All products are sourced locally and proudly! Service: friendly and attentive by the owner Victor. try the beers he is brewing in his brasserie de la mine! For the quality you get , the price is Swiss reasonable!
A really welcoming restaurant with excellent cuisine. The menu is fresh, regional and well executed. The suppliers are local. The food is complemented by a well curated selection of local wines and beers. We enjoyed a long lunch on the Terrace which has a truly astonishing view over the valley. A most memorable day.
We were so delighted by the food that we immediately booked for the next evening.Since then they were closed due to covid regulations what a crime! Thankfully they survived and can be enjoyed again!!!
