Campo Marzio - Tisch reservieren

My brother and I stopped here as it is just over the border from Italy and on our way to the San Gottard tunnel. We both wished that we stopped in Italy instead. The food in this restaurant judging by what we had served was...stodgy and sickly despite sounding and looking reasonably good. Mine should have been excellent seafood pasta and it looked noice unfortunately when you got to the bottom there was a heavy saffron infused cream that destroyed all the taste of the seafood. My brother had a gorgonzola pasta dish best described as a cheese fondue with bits of pasta again...a heavy stodgy meal. All in all a place we will never forget it is amazing how just a few kilometres from Italy, people are able to destroy fresh Italian recipes. The food is almost germanic and our waitress had all the charm of an irritated bureacrat..

You should go here for PIzza, but only pizza. Its not that the rest of the kitchen is bad, but it is just not very interesting. Their pizzas are in my opinion outstanding. If you should judge them only on Pizza, I would give of

It's unpretentious. Simple. To the point. But, the pizza.... I like pizza. Too much, I know! Have had in in many corners of the world. Yes, I know, you shouldn't. Only in Italy, right!? No, this is my favorite. Hands down

Pizza is OK, the rest is ok too. I can't say I ever had a great meal there. Pirces are average. Location is good but the atmosphere is mediocre

Gazzosa che non è gazzosa. Apparecchiatura in modo sbagliato. Cibo buono. Non c’è il menu per il dessert. Caffè: no. Bagno vecchio ma pulito.
