the entry fee is chf5 per person. they can park on the next parking lot, which is free. buy the ticket at the desk and go to the entrance. they will pass the restaurant on the left side. they go through it and they will arrive at the entrance gate they need to scan the ticket. when they arrive from the other side of the river and go up with the elevator to the castle, they can buy tickets at the machine (near to the entrance door.) there are only few points of view that they can stop and make photos. the lowest point of view is the best as they stand directly in front of the waterfall. After they are finished, they can follow the signs to the boat, where they can take the red boat over the river (chf5 per person). you can also cross a bridge at the river (15 minutes) and walk along the other river (15 minutes) to get to the harbour for boat ride.

Sehr schöner Ort im Schloss, gutes Essen und Desserts mit Eis. Aber schrecklicher Service, 15 Minuten warten, bis das Menü gebracht wurde, dann 15 Minuten warten, bis sie aufstanden und bestellten, und genauso mit der Bezahlung. Das Zeug will dich überhaupt nicht sehen.

Es war einfach das beste Essen und der beste Service seit Langem. Und dieser Rotkohl ist einfach göttlich.
