Chesa al Parc - Tisch reservieren

Tomorrows race is the super combi ladies, a new format. we therefore brought VIP tickets and arrived the night before to enjoy st moritz. after unsuccessful finding a table although not full with people at tables. we walked up to the ceremnoy area and asked for a table of 4 at the chaesa at park fro. the kulm hotel.The interior is great and the location now , during the ski championship is great as it is next to the medal ceremony area. during othe times it has a beautiful natural ice rink for all kind of skaters.after entering and again the place still offering empty tables, the 2 ladies were very busy and at first were hesistance to accomodate us, however after informing tem that we are in no rush at 20.30h she directed us to a very nice table.The offer was very generic with a wide range of swiss/international dishes however very low on local dishes. Miriam our waiter was very attentive and took orders and off we go.Although aware of a possible long wait, the starters were serve rather fast withing a 7-10 minutes range and the mian followed withing 15-20 range the predicition of our host as not correct and we enjoyd a very nice dinner in a very cozy atmosphere in an arv wood restaurant.After a coffe and a grapp we left the place at around 11 pm and startet our bar tour in st moritz to see the bar offerings during the ski world championship.hick hick hick

This year, I decided to try two restaurants in St Mortiz to break up the repetition of the buffet at ClubMed. Chesa al Park was selected for lunch because it was rated #3 on Trip Advisor and was just 300 meters from the Kulm Hotel, where I enjoyed the day spa. The outdoor area was unfortunately full, so I dined inside. It is a pretty Alpine restaurant but there was not much of a view from inside. I did not have a reservation but noted that many of the tables were reserved. The wait staff were quite capable. I had the Winter Salmon Salad which was large and fresh and flavorful with a bold red Swiss house wine.

Ging mit der Familie zum Abendessen. Die Menüoptionen bestehen aus einigen klassischen Schweizer und mediterranen Gerichten. Gemütliche und ungezwungene Atmosphäre. Angesichts des Chalet-Stils hätte ich mehr traditionelle Schweizer Gerichte erwartet. Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Kinder sind willkommen und haben eine separate Speisekarte. Die Preise sind eher gehoben, entsprechen aber denen anderer Lokale in St. Moritz.

Gediegenes Restaurant, schönes Ambiente, sehr nett u aufmerksame Bedienung. Wir hatten einen sehr guten Wolfsbarsch mit Spinat u Kartoffeln. Als Vorspeise einen Nüsslisalat mit Breasola Streifen. Uns hat alles sehr gemundet. Der Abend war perfekt.

Tolle Sonnenterrasse im Kulmpark mit herrlicher Aussicht auf die Engadiner Berge. Feines Essen und freundliche Bedienung.
