China-Town - Tisch reservieren

Summary: go elsewhere! we went to a slow sat. evening after we were told that this was a good place to eat. the place has a beautiful traditional Chinese restaurant decoration and the personal was first friendly. our server spoke perfectly English (a younger woman.) since I wanted to try out a few items that I chose the 35CHF deal that is a suppe, appetizer and entree. my sohn had selected the regular price sweet and sour fish plate with white rice (natur.) in my offer I have the maissuppe (which was more of a zip soup) the salat and the meat and vegetables dish. the server immediately brought my suppe with, which was a kind of gentle and ok tasting, the cuts on the suppe were not fresh (who dehydrated,) which could have influenced the taste of the suppe, or it was the suppe that so tasted, dunno. then my salate came out and it was a disgusting sauce over a few greens, I tried to give it up. the server seemed very upset that I sent the court back and refused to replace it with something more bearable. the most important dishes came to us well presented and tiny. puny served, which simply laughed of the unbelievable of me and my son elicited. I mean, it was ridiculous. we also had two tiny bits of white rice (2.50 chf per bowl) and stale jasmin tee (4.50 chf per pot) to wash it. I didn't try my sohne's court, but he said it was in order, my was in order, except the tiny and barely existent pieces of meat, plus they must be sprouting and love Bok-Schoy because that's all they get. after dinner we were still very hungry. when it was time to pay, I was horrified that they naturally accused me of salat after they refused to replace him, and they said, "You had the cheap food you get." Oh, my, I was with her commentary livid! 35chf is not cheap, I would have been better to buy a regular plate (about 22-25 chf) and skip the evil suppe and salat. then I pointed out that my son had the regular plate and he had a little food when we saw that they served all the other huge amounts of food. the dame has only sworn and quite unintentionally admitted that we were treated badly because we are American (I assume that the other males who do not speak English are treated much better, remarkably so! although we have barely embarrassed or made something out of the ordinary.) and suddenly they forgot their English, fortunately I speak German and told them to eat sucked. then she had the nerve to say that it was my fault for ordering the cheap menu and I should ask for less salat dressing! how would they know in advance for the first time? At least, like an American, I suggest they take their business elsewhere.

Very friendly service. Authentic Cantonese food. I really recommend their xiao long bao 日本語 it is really delicious, served in bamboo steamer xiaolong on bamboo sprouts and cabbage, which emphasize the warm, steamy nature of the dumplings with their earthy taste. It is really a meal that brings a smile to the face and makes a feeling warm inside. Her sizzling Tiban beef was also very tasty and had a earthy nature typical of cantonese cuisine. I left the place in a very good mood with my belly full, but still light and happy felt:

really beautiful interieur with beautiful Chinese details. Price/quality ratio was good and the service was very polite. menu combinations are recommended. good place for a culinary journey to china.
