lost my vape during the going of the dog this morning, gave the shop on facebook the question of opening times over the long weekend. within a few minutes I had a reply, and we discussed a suitable replacement 10 minutes and a short chat later I had a new mod in my hand, very happy customers, great service!
Didn’t know anything about vaping I just wanted to quit smoking and thought I’d give it a shot, staff were really friendly and helpful and pointed me in the right direction and I’ve now quit for just over 2 months and don’t ever want to go back to smoking. Cheers guys
Very good service and help from the member of staff on duty, he was very knowledgeable and the service couldn't of been better.
