Comfort Egerkingen

We, 31 members of a group, organized by our travel agency Red Apple and hosting the Bon Voyage Travel Club, Kolkata, India, were here from 27.5.19 to 30.5.19. We had a very bad experience about the break these days. Although it was booked...with free continental breakfast buffet still, many items viz croissants, fruits, eggs. etc. were given so less in quantity that many of us cdn 't have our comfortable breakfast. The employees present there, instead of apologising for short deliveries or compensating in another way, simply expressed their inability to supplement the exhausted items, although it was found that the same items were delivered to other customers. Also his behaviour was rude enough and unworthy in a renowned restaurant. Although the quality of the food was good enough, we do not enjoy our breakfast, since many of us had to go fed almost half for lack of food items. We've been on tour for 21 days in so many countries in Europe, not where we've been lost. So, guests who go there, especially in a group, can be aware of each other. I will also write a note to the travel agency M/s. Red Apple about this incident so that they can be careful in the future and opt for a better restaurant.

Trotz der Nähe zur Autobahn ein sehr gemütliches Lokal, im Sommer kann man auf der grossen Terrasse sitzen und eine kurze Auszeit geniessen. Wir wurden sehr aufmerksam und schnell bedient, auch das Essen wurde schnell serviert. Das Personal ist freundlich, kann ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Leckeres Essen von einer guten Speisekarte, der Service war ausgezeichnet und wir saßen an einem warmen Abend draußen. Perfekt nach einer langen Reise aus England.

breakfast there for 3 days and was perfect, good lunch and dinner options, large portions and fresh made, not cheap European standards, but everywhere in Sweden

Gutes indisches Essen, um uns zu besuchen. Schöner Ort. Irgendwie vermisst du die Wärme oder Aufmerksamkeit, die du bekommen möchtest.
