There were 8 of us celebrating a friends birthday. The service was good even though the restaurant was busy and the food was excellent. We have eaten here several times during the last two years and we have always had a very enjoyable evening. The restaurant is only open for about 8 weeks of the year during the summer season. It's a unique dining experience with the upper floor being open to the elements, its heavy on the rustic charm, take advantage of the opportunity to visit if you can! (Booking is usually essential)

I've dined at this restaurant 4 times since 2013 and each time the food, the staff, the service and the atmosphere have been beyond excellent. Only open in the summer, calling ahead is recommended as tables go quickly, personally I would also recommend requesting a table upstairs. My favourite restaurant worldwide, worth travelling some distance to visit if you are in southern France. Thanks to Alban, Harmony, Franck and Nico for another excellent evening.

Fantastic place to have dinner after 2 days walking trough the mountains. We has dinner during a rainy evening, and even the storm, we had a pleasant stance there. Good food at a reasonable price. For sure I recomend this place to recover energies in a relaxing environment.

The caramelised duck saté was amazing! Perfectly baked meat. Salade Charcutier was very good with the marinaded onions. Very nice staff, very friendly and cosy atmosphere.

Fantastic place! Great ambiance, deco, food and staff. You would expect this level in a big city but not in filtrate Guillestre ;)
