L'extrad - Tisch reservieren

A perfect evening! What happiness... The beautiful plates and the delicious mine of our neighbors made us hesitate: were we going to leave on a local meat dish (beef and lamb raised 8 km from here)? It is finally the raclette with the fabulous cheese of Risoul (from the farm of Chagne), in its vegetable variant, which made our happiness this evening of July. Choose the best album of our life... and we're not young anymore! A perfect cuisine for tasty seasonal vegetables, and a secret vinaigrette salad that occasionally refreshed everything. On the side of the drink, a white wine from the Hautes Alpes, 'Le Viognier' of the Tresbaudon estate, has very pleasantly accompanied us all meals. As for desserts, worthy of a pastry chef, the pleasure is always mounted with a gut! The impeccable service, as warm and effective, has rhymed this perfect evening. Next year!
