Due to the Covid restrictions we always had to eat in the hotel for 8 days. We decided to have dinner at the Enoteca almost every evening and what a treat that was! The Managers Mr. and Mrs. Feraco (Mandy and Adriano are running this excellent place with a care and dedication that it does feel like their family's place and not a hotel restaurant. Their and their staff's attention is touching. The food is high end Italian (with some dishes that could be French with some great pasta dishes as well. Even after about 6 dinners we kept being amazed and never got bored. From the very elaborate (Where can one find Sauce Albufera these days? to the pasta dishes the ingredients are top quality and the preparation outstanding. The beauty of the restaurant, a former Belle Epoque salon, rounds off the great experience.
Ein wirkliches Highlight, durften wir in der Corona-Zeit im Restaurant Enoteca (im Kempinski) erleben. Trotz den ganzen Massnahmen, war das Personal sowas von professionell und trotzdem freundlich und motiviert, dass man nur staunen konnte. Diese Motivation reichte bis in die Küche. Auch die Gänge, die wir serviert bekamen, waren oberste Liga.Alle 7 Personen, an unseren zwei Tischen, freuen sich heute schon, euch bei nächster Gelegenheit wieder zu besuchen.Vielen Dank nochmals und ganz herzliche Gratulation an das ganze Team...
im kimpinski st.moritz « restaurant enoteca». jeder gang war sehr gut durchdacht und geschmacklich absolut top. die weinbegleitung dazu ist ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert. der service war sehr zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und mit viel spannendem gastro/wein-wissen ausgestattet. der humorvolle umgang von adriano mandy und ihr fachkompetenz im ganzen team trugen ebenfalls zum entspannten und genussvollen abend bei.bis zum nächsten mal andreas caminada nadja caminada
Trotz COVID 19 wurden wir über Weihnachten Neujahr während vieler Abende aufs Beste bekocht und verwöhnt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt im Gegenteil, auch auf Sonderwünsche wurde Rücksicht genommen. Die Gastgeber machten ihrem Namen alle Ehre und der Service war impeccable. Das Essen schmeckte vorzüglich und die Pasta ist wirklich lecker!
