Flapjack Brewery

My wife and I have been Mug Club members since almost day one, love this place, and hope they have a long future in Berwyn. Having said that, this review is specific to our most recent visit. We arrived tonight (Friday) just before 6, got our table and ordered our beer and pizza right away. Beers arrived quickly, but pizza took almost an hour and a half. We were offered a free beer for our wait. It was obvious they were swamped, as the room filled to capacity very quickly, and is good to see they are doing well, but had this been our first visit, I'm not sure we'd be back. We also witnessed numerous groups who arrived only to leave right away because there was no place to sit, and they ran out of pizza. I don't pretend to know the complexities of running a brewery/restaurant but hopefully something can be figured out to better manage rush times.

This place continues to exceed my expectations. One of my all-time favorite brewery experiences. Pauly puts a lot of effort and experience into every beer he brews. The vanilla cream is my favorite, but all are tasty. Jamie and Paul made me a sausage, mushroom and roasted garlic pizza that could rival any Chicago pizza institution. I will continue to make the 45 minute drive there because it's worth it! See you guys soon!

My wife and I absolutely love this place! It has such a great vibe and amazing servers. The beer is tasty and well priced. The pizza is out of this world. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice local place!

First time here everything was great! Their beer was amazing their pizza was so delicious! I will definitely be going back soon!
