The food wasn't bad, but definitely average at best. Our table overlooked the kitchen and bus area, so I really can't say much about the atmosphere. The waitress was slow, and forgot to bring all of our food like the salads, antipasto, etc. Once she remembered to bring our entrees, she only brought one out at a time. We had to wait almost 10 minutes between the two entrees that we ordered. She finally brought out our garlic bread after we finished our entrees. We also had to ask multiple times just to get the spumoni ice cream. Honestly I really have no reason to go back there. All the dishes were basic, you would have to order mushrooms or anything that you cared for additionally to be included in the pasta. You see that in the buffet, not in a nice restaurant that you're paying for the atmosphere and quality.
Love the food. Pizza always great. Staff is always friendly and smiling. I don't know if it's that it was a Friday but the food took too long to come out, my 6 year old was crying he was so hungry. He didn't care for the appetizer carrots &Ranch dressing) . Maybe if they would have offered bread instead. There were many people there that night eating, service seemed really slow. The food was worth the wait.
This place was recommended to us, but it was the biggest disappointment ever it took us over an hour to get our meal. The lasagna was like soup. The Italian sandwich had nothing Italian meat in it whatsoever, and the service was awful. The only thing I can say that was good was the appetizer that was brought to us 40 minutes after we ordered an ice tea we were so disappointed.
I met a friend at Fratellino’s for lunch. Parking was easy. We were seated quickly with ample room around us. We ordered our food and drinks and everything arrived in a short amount of time. The food was hot and delicious. I highly recommend Fratellino’s.
