Fratelli's Bagel Express

I see the number of 1 star reviews growing and I understand why. Scroll through and see how many times rude staff is mentioned. We moved to NY a few years ago and we?ve always loved having breakfast at Bagel Express on occasion. The owner is so nice. BUT:My fiancée went to pick up bagels for our Thanksgiving get together. We needed 2 dozen, so she went very early to make surethere were enough. When she asked for the 2 dozen, the guy behind the counter made a nasty face and said to another customer ina sarcastic tone ?out of towners.? She?s so polite that she didn?t say anything, but it took her aback and hurt her feelings.Will no longer recommend Bagel Express.

Made a quick pit stop here on the way to the Port Jefferson ferry. This place is fantastic awesome bagels (I had an everything bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese) and quick service. Lots of indoor dining space and some outdoor dining space available too.Clean bathroom too.

I ordered a mushroom panini and a bagel with one of those birthday cake kind of cream cheese. They both wear super super awesome. I will definitely go back here for the lunch. That was friendly and the restaurant was nice and clean. What a great lunch I had.

Their bagels and breakfast sandwiches are simply amazing! The bagels are HUGE and they have a ton of different options. (Don't forget cream cheese to go!!!
