Hanami Express - Tisch reservieren

We used to come to Hanami all the time. It switched owners and…I’m not going to lie we were skeptical to try it. Well, we took the chance and ordered dinner tonight. I called in our order..the lady accidentally hung up on me ..she called back TWICE…that actually made us place the order…we were actually going to go elsewhere. That is excellent customer service! She told us it would be ready in 20-30 minutes..we got there a little early so I’d say the timing was about right( we had to wait a few minutes for it to be done). We got home the food was hot and it had a good quantity too! We will be back! Thank you to the nice lady that called us back and I think she also ran the food out to the car when it was done.

I'm visiting family and I'm from Tampa bay area in Florida and we got some sushi rolls and they were the best I've had in a while! The lady who took our order over the phone was great, she said 20minuets and it was ready in 20minuets when we arrived. Fast, friendly, and delicious! I read some comments about waiting 40 minuets, that's my normal everyday so this was fast, some comment about food poisoning unless you didn't eat anything the entire day before or of then you can't blame a certain place. Mistakes happen, but after traveling around 1,300 miles this place is great. Even gave them a nice tip. Thank you.

Great food, full menu. Very friendly staff. A contract once shortened. They did it right and offered a free dessert for the inconvenience. The owner came out and personally apologized! Love Hanami!!! We're regular customers.

I come here ATLEAST once a week the service is fantastic! They always treat the customers great and the food is always amazing.
