A restaurant in the center of the town of Kaprun next to a waterway and adjacent to the summer slide Alpine coaster Maisie) .. The way of serving the food is civilized.. The food is fresh, especially the fish.. There is fried chicken, which...is a rare thing in Austria.. The workers are cooperative and the time passed to bring the food is not so late.. The prices are in accordance with the price list medium to over medium).. Procedures Health precautions are taken into account.. a good experience. I recommend eating fresh fish, which is sold according to weight. For young people and children, fried chicken is suitable for them.

Too much money for sub-par food. I could live with an hour wait if the food was good. But it definitely was not. Carpaccio was just bad. Watery and tasteless apart from too much balsamico. Salmon pasta was soaked in oil and tasteless as well....Zander fillet was ok to be fair but definitely not worth If you just want to fill your belly go to the bistro across the street the food there is probably even a little better and it is much cheaper. All in all I don’t get how this could be the second highest rated in Kaprun

We returned to Kaprun last Summer and of course, dinner at Hilberger's Beisl ist a must. The quality and the value for money are both excellent. Service is very friendly. Definitely the most recommendable restaurant in town

we loved this place. Great food, lovely location, super staff. Worth every penny to eat here and outside if you can get a table
