I've been to this restaurant on a business trip with some colleagues. The restaurant is very big and not very fancy but that's not necessarily a bad thing. The most important thing is food and from that point of view it was all amazing. I ordered the meat tris. To begin with I received a salad with hollandaise sauce which was quite good. Then I received a large plate with an heated black stone in the middle where three types of meat (beef, horse and lamb) were slowly cooking. The aroma alone was enough to drive me crazy. The meat was simply delicious, juicy and tender and it was accompanied by a large portion of french fries, steamed vegetables and an herbs sauce to die for. I definitely recommend this restaurant if you're in Broc.
living in the green gruyère, I ate twice in this restaurant, disappointed the first time, a lot of waiting, cold arrival plate. I don't stay on this first failure and return there is little in this "nick restaurant" to the arrogant and unpleasant boss as possible, who screams on the sommelier under our nose, while she does the maximum, despite the obvious lack of staff. the displayed menus are filled with spelling errors, in short, a shame for the profession. Great location. Overlooking the valley. Cooked to perfection Raclette and Fondue. Steaks were well made. Good selection of Swiss wines. Worth the money.
My wife and I toured this with friends that live in Basel. I thought the food was very good and recommend it to all.
