We spent a very good time with friends at eric and sonia. seafood, especially oysters are excellent. eric and sonia are really very welcoming oysters, who have spent time explaining their culture techniques and have taught us a lot about a glass of extra white wine. A great moment!
The tasting is not yet open. We bought cooked bulots and oysters for a really reasonable price. Going home the tasting is magical the oysters are very full and fleshy the cano-free bulots are divine. We'll go back there before we leave and get back to our eastern region.
Direkt in der Austernzucht, zudem werden Garnelen, diverse Rillettes, Meeresschnecken und saisonal Muscheln angeboten. Sehr lecker und sehr günstig. Ein echter Familienbetrieb.
