We were blocked by a car from their company for at least 10 minutes!! So we called the restaurant to tell them that a car was blocking us. During this call, what was our surprise to have been called a liar!! We told him that the car had been blocking us for 10 minutes and that the car was cold. At this moment, the delivery man arrives and asks us for forgiveness but the lady on the phone raises her voice. Once again we tell him that he is blocking us and there, great... what can I say, extreme surprise, she hangs up on us. It's a shame, because I was thinking of ordering from them but this episode put me off!
In der Vergangenheit habe ich von meiner Zufriedenheit von ITAL-CHINA und LA BRASSERIE DU LIGNON gesprochen. Heute und nachdem er es mehrere Chancen gegeben hatte, entferne ich alle Sterne. Große, sehr große kürzliche Enttäuschung. REGOR Dezember 2023 geändert 2024-03-21
Ich war immer zufrieden mit den zu Hause bestellten Gerichten aus Ital China. Gute Qualität, gute Menge. Das Restaurant ruft uns immer an, wenn bestellte Gerichte fehlen. Keine Sorge.
