I ordered a chicken alfredo pasta with garlic bread. The bread was the best thing of my order.Pasta was not hot when it came out and it was tasteless. The chicken was barely warmed up and even salt and pepper didn't add much flavor. I returned it and asked for it to be hot. Someone else other than my server brings it back. It appears hot, still tasteless but I proceed.As I make it half way, I see a long piece of brown hair....Not mine, as mine is short and a different colour. I'm so disgusted at this point and feel sick. The lady that brought my food out, swings back around to check. I tell her, she apologizes and offers a new meal, dessert or something to go. I refused all, as it seemed like no big deal to her.Will not eat here again.
Stopped here after my sons hockey tournment. Have not been since the road house feel took place. The food was amazing. All 3 of our meals were hot and looked and tasted amazing. Staff was great. I really only docked a couple stars as the place was soooo bright. There are so many lights! It was also very warm. Could be from the lights or with a mild winter they can 't control the temperature.Either way we enjoyed our meals and for once felt like we got what we paid for. Which is hard to come by now a days.
Had a great night in Kelsey's sat in the bar area. Served by Catie who was fantastic... very attentive and couldn't do enough for us.We had the spinach dip with the nachos (game changer for me as they are much lighter than the pitas). Bacon cheese burger and the bacon bourbon BBQ burger which are our go tos.All round great night. Thanks Catie!
We went for a birthday party and our service was quite good . Restaurant was clean the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was my moms dinner looked like old salad put together. If I have to be honest . But everyone else enjoyed their meals including myself .
