Krone - Tisch reservieren

Posto tipico , occhio al l'odore di cui i vostri vestiti saranno impregnati , visto che sia la cucina che la raclette non profumano. Il posto è carino , il servizio non male. Ma i prezzi sono senza giustificazione. 37 franchi per mezzo litro di un vino bianco sfuso che , in Friuli, non userebbero neppure per lavare i piatti.... Il menù un po' scarso , nulla di speciale o originale. Fanno la raclette di formaggio , ovvero semplice formaggio fuso con patate lesse e cetrioli.

Jahrelang besuchten wir dieses schlichte Bistro in St. Moritz mit Familie und Freunden. Immer vom Besitzer, dem Koch und seiner Frau begrüßt. Wir hatten hier viele schöne Abendessen in einer gemütlichen, bodenständigen Atmosphäre. Dieses Jahr hat der Chefkoch des Besitzers zu einem wohlverdienten Abschluss geschlossen Ruhestand. Wir werden diesen Ort in St. Moritz vermissen.

Ich rief zum Mittagessen an und freute mich, als der Gast herauskam, um Hallo zu sagen. Das Essen schien kochend heiß und sehr schmackhaft zu sein. Frau Badrutt, die Frau des Chefs, ist ein kleiner Schatz. Charlie erinnerte sich sogar an The Dipper.

The fondue, now with small potatoes instead of bread, the Raclette and the Wienershnitzel all Excellent in the most cozy restaurant in St. Moritz. Owners attend the clients if you are lucky.

Loved their Swizz deserts. Especially the chocolate mousse. Service exceptional. Fantastic entrees
