being a stage in the hotel part, it is quite naturally that we reserved our dinner in their restaurant. A pleasant setting, a beautiful varied menu with dishes from the region, a beautiful wine map (the opposite would have been disappointing in this region), more entry than dessert, I chose the tomato soup with its cucumber brown and its mustard ice cream (a tumbling this ice), my wife prefering to reserve for dessert.Great amateur (and it's not much to say) of risotto, it's full of dessert

We drive every year to the Cote d'Azur, breaking our journey in Burgundy.We have tried many Burgundian hotels over the years, but Le Gremelle scores top of the list, not only for excellent Burgundian food and wine at a very reasonable cost, but also in terms of the excellent accommodation.My wife's gluten-free dietary requirements were competently and sensatively met (not always the case in other French establishments), so, next year we will be coming back.

the very nice outdoor in the summer with the pool. a little small, not too isolated from the terrace. disappointed because that day there was sun and impossible to dine outside because full of bookings. from the start to the evening, you are isolated in a room compared to other people who are not on business trip. very unpleasant, very medium nouritures.Service more than average.Ptit dej also more than average.Dearing for the service the rooms it can go.

We made a stop in this hotel restaurant on 9/8, we were pleasantly surprised by the decor of the room all in wood and the customization of the bathroom. In the evening we had dinner at the restaurant and took the regional menu, everything was delicious, only small flat, the service a little fast when we had finished our dishes. Little more, glass wine on the map. nothing to say, ideal when you step in this beautiful region

In gehobenerem Standart, sehr guter Servie. Wir waren vor der Oeffnung des Restaurants bereits da, wurden trotzdem bedient mit Getränken!
