La Perla Ristorante Pizzeria

Nachdem wir das Schloss gesehen hatten, kehrten wir in Füssen zum Mittagessen ein. Die Pizza war gut, der Teig war aber langweilig (dünn und eher brotartig statt luftig dünn), aber es gab keine wirklichen Beschwerden. Die Beläge waren großzügig und geschmackvoll. In einer kleinen Stadt hatte ich nicht viel erwartet. Was wirklich die 4 Sterne verdient hat, ist der Fisch-Eintopf (eigentlich ein Fisch- und Meeresfrüchte-Eintopf). Neben Fischstücken (Lachs und einige weiße Fische) gab es viele Muscheln und Tintenfisch. Jedes Element war wirklich gut gekocht (noch sehr zart) und die Tomatenbrühe war geschmacklich sehr gut entwickelt mit einem leichten würzigen Kick. Dazu gab es geröstetes frisches Brot mit Kruste (10,90 Euro).

On a very busy Saturday evening I was able to get a reservation for four at the very cozy La Perla. The staff was absolutely friendly and accommodating, remembered me by name and worked lightning fast to get our orders and serve us. The owner was a sweet charming man who was working as hard as the rest of the staff and personally asking how us how everything is. We ordered escargot (snails) and bruschetta for appetizers which were delicious. For the main course we had three pizzas and the shrimp+zucchini linguine. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced. Tip: pepperonis listed on all the pizzas are not the pepperoni meat you are thinking of. They are sweet peppers. So keep that in mind when ordering pizza.

So happy to have stumbled upon this place. If Martin is your waiter, count your blessings. He anticipated all our needs before we even voiced them. It just so happened we were all in the mood for pizza. We were all quite pleased with our choices. Of course we had to end the evening with dessert. I highly recommend the tiramisu. If you're lucky enough to have experienced Chi-town pizza or New York style pizza and are in the mood for good pizza, then you won't be disappointed in this place. Do yourself a favor and ask to be seated in Martin's section

the food was excellent!! especially the spaghetti carbonara and the bruschetta. It was so good that we actually went back a second time... not only was the food great, we had great waiters, Martin and William. They were so entertaining and remembered us! There was lots of outdoor seating and the restaurant was run very efficiently, definitely a hidden gem here.

Tolles Personal. Kaltes Bier. Gute Pizza. Es kann voll sein und eine Reservierung wird helfen. Wir haben den letzten Tisch im Garten bekommen. Erwarten Sie Raucher an ihren Außensitzplätzen.
