The frame is really well-kept for great pleasure, excellent service available pleasant and good advice. Integrated menu with 5 services to discover. the departure was excellent around raw and very fine fish with an incredible dress and the Sologne caviar a great moment. The pigeon then personally I wanted to see the Rock the Roy escape from the Racan pigeon, and bah paf the pigeon, as it was the surprise, we go there. There I will disappoint, but the pigeon of Racan is the super pigeon to taste it was certainly very well prepared but frankly I am not a fan but it would be elsewhere it would be the same but it is on all the large tables of Touraine. the next super top cheese with forms to discover, but it is in the five service. and finally dessert, strawberry pie with olive oil, it must be discovered and without a priori. A very good time, the wine menu is very affordable and you can enjoy local wines without breaking the dash.
Like a star... The first moments quickly swept away the little apprehension we had on the discovery of a new gastronomic establishment. A welcome with a smile and a politeness, a start of clean service and all in finesse, we convinced that we would have an excellent meal. Menu in 6 services, the chef enjoyed us with his elegant, colorful and well-worked plates. Tartar de daurade aux caviar d'Aquitaine; Mackerels, rashes and knife under a jelly of sea water and its purée of Japanese onions and algae, the chef plunges us into an incredible maritime spiral ... sublimated then by a return on earth with a poached liver and its emulsions of liquorice, a racan pigeon, its tasty girolles and its... Finally, a very beautiful wine card, and a sommelier listening to our choice and our strength of proposals and the history of wines .. A must-see address in the Tourangelle region!
For dinner during our one night in Tours we ate at La Roche Le Roy The restaurant is in a small chateau at the side of the highway leaving Tours.
Excellent meal and very good reception for my father's 70th birthday. Our table was in a private lounge. Everything was perfect!
