L'Ecu - Tisch reservieren

Wir haben das Menü surprise gegessen und waren überrascht dass es mit dem Menü saveur grosse Überschneidungen gab. Die Ravioli waren gefüllt mit Pfifferlingen und waren perfekt al-dente. Zum zweiten Gang gab es den Fisch "turbo" welcher sehr gut schmeckte und auch eine grosse Portion war. Zum Hauptgang gab es kalbsfilet in einer ausgezeichneten Qualität. Der Dessert bestand aus caramel-panacota, luxemburgerli (macerons) und einem Birnen Sorbet und der perfekte Abschluss des Essens.Insgesamt hat der Koch die Geschmäcker der Speisen sehr gut in Szene gesetzt und Gewürze sparsam verwendet. Das war auch nicht nötig da die Produkte von einer ausgezeichneten Qualität waren.

First visit from us. warm welcome on the terrace, unfortunately due and on the roadside ( quite noisy at night at the end of the week). very good cuisine even if for the region I find the menu tasting a little bit expensive. Nice choice of wine. excellent service and particularly nice.

For me, the best restaurant in the city. a high-end lunch menu with a price challenging any competition. treated dishes with a four-pine service. Nothing to say.

very fine and innovative cuisine. the service is neat in a pleasant atmosphere. a recommend if you have a relatively comfortable budget.
