We were very disappointed by our stay at this hotel. There was a sound (similar to a fan working) in the room all night, so we don't sleep in the first night. The noise apparently came from the swimming pool or sauna. The water in the swimming pool was too cold, so I got sick, the corridors of the hotel were too cold, so it was impossible to return in the room in a wet bathing suit (we were there in December). Also the water in the shower was not too hot and we had to wait for at least five minutes to have warm water. Finally, the service at breakfast was extremely bad, we needed a few times for clean bowls, more food / drinks, and there were no vegetables and fruits. After we complained about it, the hotel manager should write to us, but never. We are very disappointed and would not recommend to stay in this hotel.
We were able to enjoy 2 beautiful days in the hotel the Pleiades ideally located. Thank you to Alexandre for his kindness. Everything was perfect. We hope to come back soon.
A little complicated to park But the restaurant is atypical, the staff is jovial, helpful and very professional Repas I recommend
Probably the best restaurant in Barbizon, followed by the Relais de Barbizon and the Bohemia. I highly recommend!
