had a great meal with friends. a little loud, some silencers on the wall or deck could help. the service was excellent of the moment in which we went, at the bar and then at the table. everyone was very friendly and eager to make our night a great one. the octopus appetizer was a little underwhelming. a small amount in tiny pieces crushed in an oily sauce. they don't get to appreciate the fresh ones. our meals were delicious and love the menu.
Absolutely terrible service and when we asked for a manager, everyone looked confused and said there was no manager there! We were seated 46 minutes after our reservation and sat at the table 45 minutes and didn’t receive the drinks we asked for right away. Have been here before and the food was good, but they have a terrible service problem!
we were rushed from the moment we had settled. eating was good, drinks were decent, but it wasn't as great and welcoming as it was in the summer.
the first time here. will be back. eating and personal were excellent. good selection of drinks and wine. beautiful bar area.
