L'Irish Corner - Tisch reservieren

While staying in the Art Deco hotel in Lille, we walked into the bistrot on the Ave de la Republique. Found out no food was served... Walked over to the Irish Corner. Apparently loved by locals and tourists alike, the place was packed.The Guinness was served too cold, to our taste, but the food (roast with veggies and potato and an excellent French version of Welsh rarebit made up for this little shortcoming! No room for dessert...

Nice bar, situated near where I was staying. Staff were friendly and made an effort to speak English, and joked about my poor French. I had the mixed grill for dinner, it was not great to be honest. Meat was cooked well, but it was a little boring. Saved by the ice cream I had. 5/10 would ice cream again.

This pub is nice and accessible. The staff is helpful, the atmosphere is friendly. Good "pub" food: burgers, finger food, fried stuff :) I had one of the best salads there too, a shrimp and salmon summer dish. They make a crazy good Irish coffee.Nice outside terrace, on a quiet street, close to parks.

This was the bar that was closest to our Appartcity Euralille hotel. Handy for drinks & right next to the tram line. Fish & chips were great but my burger was pink. Us Irish people prefer our food cooked lol. Other than that a great bar & very friendly & helpful staff. Merci beaucoup
