Don't be confused by the name. It sounds like this is a high-class joint but in reality it's a small step-up from a family restaurant - paper napkins and place mats,vrun-of-the mill, leaky, metal teapots and a breakfast menu - just like most family restaurants. The menu is good especially if you like Greek. This was our first time without being part of a large group and we were pleasantly surprised. The service was a bit "scruffy", as if they are trying to 'dumb" it down a bit. For example, the hostess dumped us at a table that was still wet and threw one lunch menu and one breakfast menu on the table then disappeared without a word. Then our waitress arrived with a pair of tacky, paper advertising placemats. My wife ordered a Greek dish (with an un-pronouncable name) that comprised rice, phylo bead stuffed with spinach, and fresh vegetables. The waitress then informed my wife that she could have that with mashed potatoes or french fries - that's a real touch of class. Anyway, the food was excellent and my steak was the best I have eaten in years. I almost forgot, the waitress offered to top up our coffee and tea cups with more hot water. So, a good, classy menu, a pleasant, classy atmosphere combined with diner-quality service. Interesting experience.
