Do not call anything in ahead, they won’t let you eat it there. We were visiting family for the holidays, I called an order in ahead and told the employee we planned on dining in and I just want to order a portion of it in advance to make sure it was ready because we had been traveling and the kids were tired and hungry. I get there, pick a table because plenty were open and go to the counter to pay and pick up. They had all of our food to go even though I said we planned on eating it there but figured no worries we’ll just unpack it. They told me I couldn’t eat it there and I explained to them we have a big party and need to order more, we’ll tip the server good and make it worthwhile but I just ordered this in advance for the kids. They said no and got the manager, he then told me no as well. There were other people waiting for a table but we were not jumping a head because those People were waiting for a larger table that was being put together for them. There were probably 7-8 open booths my family could have been sat at and served, but they refused to because I had a to go order and the manager said they don’t take call ahead orders for the dining room. No matter how many times I tried to explain to him that I wanted to order more food for the rest of my party and it would be absolutely no different if I didn’t have a to go order or not he still didn’t get it. I just took the food and make my kids in the car (with no napkins given either) all because their staff couldn’t understand what I was wanting to do and how it had zero conflicts with their policy because I still needed to place a dine in order and could get a table with little wait because there Was no wait as the party of 15 was just sat by the time the manager refused to let me sit with my family. I own multiple small businesses, am an airbnb super host, I know customer service and this was just unfathomable. The franchise owner should be ashamed of how this manager handled this situation turning down a mother holding her child handing her her pizza and making her leave even though I had more business to give. They have changes things a bit at this location. You order at the counter and take a table marker. Drinks are in the dining room and self serve. Its different but works well. Food is still delicious. Vegetarian options: Its pizza. Toppings are choice, but they do not have a seperate space to cook only vegetarian options. Kitchen cross contamination with meat products is possible. But if you talk to the staff they will put in extra effort to accommodate. Dietary restrictions: Within reason they can accommodate most Parking: The place is popular at dinner time. There is plenty of parking but when its busy it can get scarce. Kid-friendliness: Family friendly atmosphere. Plenty of child seats available. Wheelchair accessibility: Concrete ramp at the door and a wide dining area. There is a party room in the basement that is only accessible via stairs but the main dining area and bathrooms are accessible.
