My daughter’s Boyfriend booked a table for to celebrate her birthday and to meet “The Family” for the first time. It did turn out to be an entertaining evening but for the wrong reasons.When they served our drinks they placed them down at one point and we had to pass them around. I know there were of us but the could have reached most of us. The first course, appetisers, was ok, had to wait longer than you would have expected, but was ok nothing fancy. We did order Duck and ask for it to be served after the appetisers. Due to our numbers we ordered two servings of Duck. One arrived and was nearly finished before the second appeared. Then the fun began.We all placed our main order then waited and waited eventually one person’s meal arrived followed by another, one of which was cold. After a while the third person arrived but was completely wrong, they changed this, but we were still waiting for the rest. After minutes the rest arrived but was missing about of the order. When questioned the waiter said sorry I don’t know what you ordered with this we suggested he asked the person who took the order. Three waiters then came to the table to try and work out what was missing. Eventually they replaced everything, well most they still missed some items but we really could not be bothered to argue.We arrived at it was now hrs, we had children with us who now needed to go without finishing the meal, so some of us had to leave.The whole evening was ruined, we did ask to speak to the manager but was told he was not there and no one was in charge. They did give off the bill which still left it over which would not have been bad had the food and service been even better.I would highly recommend you do not use this “restaurant”.

When our drinks were served, they were placed in a way that we had to pass them around to each other. Although there were 13 of us, the server could have easily reached most of us. The appetizers arrived in a timely manner, but we had to wait longer than expected. We ordered duck and requested it to be served after the appetizers. Due to our large group, we ordered two portions of duck. The first portion was almost finished by the time the second one arrived. Then the real fun began as we all received our main courses at different times. Overall, it was a bit of a chaotic dining experience.
The friendly staff at this restaurant went above and beyond by accommodating our request to change our order from the all-you-can-eat option to a la carte in order to save money. The food was delicious, especially the sesame chicken and duck. Even the bathrooms were impeccably clean, demonstrating their commitment to detail.
