We had dinner here before we went to the stage. The waiter was very friendly and helpful with us not to understand German. The food was great. Even a person at our party, who is a picky eater, really enjoyed his mushroom paste. He said it kind of made him angry because it was done with things he usually doesn't love, so he was confused why he loved it so much. This alone should be enough as a recommendation of this place. The ambience is very cozy and intimate. Prices are very fair for the quality of food. We all enjoyed watching how the waiters work, as we were so impressed how good and efficient they worked everything. Well worth a visit if you're in Bregenz. Especially when you go to the opera, as they were very fast with their service, so you don't rush to the stage.
Jeee sus, what a great place. Been here for a business meeting last Saturday. We had a wonderful time and even though I enjoyed the few sun ray we had sitting outside, I was stunned on my way to the bathroom, what a beautiful place! Then, the food: we just had appetizers which were amazing but whatever I saw looked and smelled fingerpicking good. The service was great with a good sense of humor. Sadly, we had to leave for Munich and I wish I had stayed. One of the best places I have been to in years. I will definitely come back, and yes, I would be more than willing to do a 30+ min detour just to dine here. Keep it up!
Best Atespar: We were the group of 2 sitting on a table for 4 (actually 6) well we waited for another 4 people coming... and you didn't even ask if you can sit with us! And btw didn't want to move the table a few cm... They wanted to put this table 4 meters into the room to stay free for pedestrians. PETRUS is the BEST PLACE in Bregenz to have a wonderful time with just one drink or/and delicious food and very nice and helpful service! Always remember: Nice and friendly to act helps to treat a lot, the same way!
