I recently had the pleasure of picking up a couple of pies from Pizza Union, a charming pizza joint that has mastered the art of New York style pizza. From the moment I walked in, the inviting aroma of freshly baked dough and savory toppings set the stage for an unforgettable experience.Chris takes a lot of pride in his craft. My wife is from New York and she said it's the only authentic New York pizza in North County. One standout feature of Pizza Union is their commitment to using the finest and freshest ingredients. The tomatoes in the sauce burst with a natural sweetness, and the cheese has that perfect gooey, melt-in-your-mouth texture. The toppings are diverse and plentiful, catering to every palate. This place is great! Definitely the thinnest crust I’ve ever had, which was a welcome experience. We got a strombolli and two slices of pizza, and everything was very good. It was about $20 total and a lot of food for 2 people — it could have fed 3.

Stopped here on a Saturday afternoon and had the two slice/drink special. What a deal and good pizza. We ended up ordering a whole pizza to go. Nice to get a deal on food with the way food prices have been. We'll definitely be back.

don’t sleep on this place! we got a white pizza add mushrooms and it was insane. thin, crispy on the bottom and layers of flavor. the meatballs were in also veryyyy good. this is our new pizza spot, hands down the best.

Closest thing you're going to get to New York style Pizza in San Marcos period. Only problem is they're not always open. Extremely odd hours, and not open on Sundays and Mondays.
