Progetto Napoletano

When we call ourselves “napoletano” we must have the same standards for Neapolitan pizzas, which is not the case What size is this pizza? If you offer it at €6/7, that’s okay for me but at €12.50 it’s not possible. It’s a disgrace to Neapolitan gastronomy. Often traveling to Naples, I know the pizzas of 50kalo, Da Michele, Da Attilio, etc. very well. The papafamilia is over... between Papa Rafaele, Papa Posto, the brick house and you... I tested everything and several times...! A shame ! I don't understand people who give you 5 stars, it's a lack of taste and knowledge of Neapolitan pizza Arrivederci Ciao Ps: I measure 1m77 and weigh 71kg suffice to say that I don’t have a big hand

Perfect but... Excellent pizza, warm welcome, quality products, with an open kitchen which shows a good atmosphere from the teams.. It's great to embrace the open kitchen, but less so when you throw large quantities of ham and good Italian mortadella in the trash in front of customers... Ok these are adornments, charcuterie bases but there are plenty of people sleeping outside this winter (in your street itself). I think we can do better in 2024, don't you? Let's not forget how Italian pizza was born, originally it was above all the dish of the poor and the poor didn't throw anything away! Ciao!

Tested and approved. Having particular ties to Italy, the first thing my partner and I usually do when we try a pizzeria is to give it the margherita test. If the margherita pizza is successful, there is a good chance that the rest of the pizzas will be good. So we ordered two margherita pizzas, and we were not disappointed. Generous and airy dough, beautiful balance of ingredients, a tasty tomato base and spicy olive oil which enhances everything. We find an air of Naples in these pizzes.

Pistaccio pizza with Burata. Retrieved on time. Cold pizza. Soft crust. No pistachio taste. Disappointing Especially for €21.5 Food: 2 Service: 5
