Restaurant Cafe San Pedro

I ate here 2x once in 2018 and once in January 2023. 2018 I ate here and had Keviche. I was sick all week and couldn't keep a whole week down In 2023 my girlfriend found a hair in her Calamari. First, the waiter tried to blame the wind, but he was under a Calamar. Finally, my friend ate what was left of my Robalo fish (that was good) and finally did not charge us for the Calamari, but not even as much as it does or so. All in all, I'd go back.

Our first meal in Cartagena and we were in love! We had the “Camaron al Cafe“ (so good I tried in my bad Spanish to get the recipe) and the “Lomos con quezo Azul” and both were so delicious we had to have it again...before we left. Our waiter, Jorge, was attentive, friendly and adorable. The inside is quite elegant, but the outdoor seating allows a gorgeous view of the church, San Pedro Claver.

This restaurant is terrible, there is a guy in the one with a bad act, I give a try twice, he just wants the tourists outside the restaurant. While the restaurant is inside the entrance, there were two families from me... he let go. If we ask why. He's upset. Terrible. There is better choice in Cartagena than this restaurant.

Do not just have this place because of the fantastic location at the cathedral with lots of entertainment from locals as you eat. Many outdoor tables available, we had employees, the English, delicious food, good service and in a nice location, what...more could I ask?

The restaurant was disappointing. It is quite expensive, little variety in the choice of dishes. In view of the reviews, we have expected more. The location is very cozy, in front of the cathedral and in a place where there is much to do.
